Criteria CertHE Skills for the Workplace and CertHE Skills for the Workplace (Health and Social Care) Entry onto the programme is by individual merit. Mature Candidates – experience can often be taken into consideration in lieu of formal qualifications. Grades are important; however, our offers are not solely based on academic results. We are interested in creative people that demonstrate a strong commitment to their chosen subject area and therefore we welcome applications from individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. To assess student suitability for their chosen course we normally arrange interviews for all applicants at which your skills, achievements and life experience will be considered as well as your qualifications.

A wide range of international qualifications which are equivalent to two A-Level passes, including International Baccalaureate and European Baccalaureate are recognised. The University will normally accept students who have completed a recognised International Foundation Programme, for example, those offered by UK Further Education Colleges, Universities, and Colleges of Higher Education.

The applicants may have to pass the written test and the interview with one of our academics to be accepted onto the programme.

English language proficiency at or exceeding an average IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent in any other approved test), with no score less than 5.5 in any components of the test.

BA (Hons) Leadership and Management Skills for the Workplace

MBA

Successful completion of Level 4 CertHE Skills for the Workplace (120 credits).

BSc (Hons) Health & Social Care Successful completion of Level 4 CertHE Skills for the Workplace (Health and Social Care) (120 credits).

DBA The normal minimum entrance requirement for applicants for candidature for professional doctorates is a master’s degree with a Merit classification or an overall mark of a minimum of 60% in an area relevant to the doctoral programme, awarded by the UK or other recognised University or higher education institution, or by the Council for National Academic Awards (CNAA). English Language requirement for international students applying to complete the DBA programme in London on a 4-year basis. Proficiency in English of candidates whose first language is not English is at or exceeding an average IELTS score (or equivalent in any other approved test) of 6.0 with no lower than 5.5 in reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Normally, the possession of a minimum of a 2:2 UK first degree or an equivalent international qualification recognised by UK ENIC or work experience of five years at a senior managerial level in lieu of first degree. English language proficiency at or exceeding an average IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent in any other approved test), with no score less than 5.5 in any components of the test. Normally work experience of two years or more at a managerial or supervisory level is expected.
