If you could benefit from studying at UWTSD, we want you to get the chance to join us, so we offer a wide range of scholarships and bursaries designed to help with additional course costs and living costs.

There are a variety of awards available. Some awards are course-specific, while others are designed to support additional skills development and employability. There are also awards designed to help specific groups, such as student parents and care leavers, to access education.

COLEG CYMRAEG CENEDLAETHOL SCHOLARSHIPS

The Main Scholarship, worth £1,000 a year, or £3,000 over three years, is for students who intend to study at least 66% (or 80 credits per annum) of their degree course through the medium of Welsh.

The Incentive Scholarship, worth £500 a year, or £1,500 over three years, is for students who intend to study at least 33% (or 40 credits per year) of the subject of the scholarship through the medium of Welsh.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO FIND THE RIGHT COURSE FOR YOU?

Think about what you want to do.

What is your passion? What do you study that brings you joy? If you don't like a subject, why would you part of a course. Do you want

choose it?

Research is vital. Find out exactly what the course involves.
