IMPROVEMENT SUMMARY In 2015 and 2018, the house underwent two substantial remodel phases, adding new spaces that result in the home being more versatile, family oriented and supporting working from home with ease. Almost the entire 2nd and 3rd floors were adapted to a more European and family oriented lifestyle. On the 2nd floor a children’s wing was added, offering three en-suite bedrooms, each with their own character and layout. The wall to the South room, however, can easily be taken out to create an open sitting area. To give parents a true master retreat, the master suite was extended, adding a new master marble bath with steam shower, a new dressing room with washer/ dryer and hidden access to a generous master lounge / home office with wet bar on the 3rd floor. Next to the large home office, there is an overflow bedroom/additional office, half bath and secret yoga/meditation/panic room located on the 3rd floor. The upper level of the garage has been converted into a carriage house, now offering a studio with 3⁄4 bath and kitchenette which can serve as guest / office / live-in help / caretaker / nanny / teenager quarters. A state-of-the-art wireless alarm system with sensors throughout the house including, door, window, motion, smoke, fire and CO detectors has been added. Landscaping • Removed all overgrowth, pruned all trees • Installed new landscaping and updated existing landscaping • All new landscape LED lighting throughout • Added a children’s tree playhouse with sandbox, slide and swings • There is a dog run behind the house • Added a RACHIO smart sprinkler control with wifi
