Follow the instructions provided in your owner manuals on specifics of cleaning and care notes for your specific toy. If no instructions are included with your toy, here are some basic guidelines on cleaning and caring for your new toy.
Wash toys before & after every use. We recommend mild unscented soaps that don’t leave residue once finished. Also use warm water with the soap and rag/ towel. Mild hand sanitizers can also be used. Do not put toys in dryer after cleaning. Use a dry cloth to remove remaining moisture from toy after cleaning. Also avoid using the dishwasher to clean your toys. Cleaning by hand is highly recommended.
Do not boil your toys ( especially if they have motors. Boiling your toys runs the risk of damaging the actual material of the toy. Only boil toys if they are made of glass, pyrex or other heat resistant materials and if the toys is being shared with other individuals outside of your partner Do not use bleach to clean toys. Use bleach only if toy is made of metal. Do not submerge your toys to clean them. While waterproof, some toys are not submergeable for extended periods.
Use a condom with your toys. Highly recommended especially if you may have an allergic reaction to the toys material. Use your favorite brand of condom or latex free if you are allergic to regular latex condoms. Use water based lubricants. Silicone or Oil based lubricants can damage the surface of your toys.
Check your toys for breaks, holes or if the waterproof plugs are missing. If you find any damage or have missing waterproof plugs for your toys charging or headphone sockets, your device is no longer waterproof and you should replace device if you can or exercise care in how device is cleaned and used.
Ensure your toys have proper storage – Store your toys in a cool, dry, dust free area and in cloth or a cloth bag. Some toys come with carry bags, please do not throw these bags away once the toy has been opened.
Remove batteries from battery operated toys when toy is not in use. Do not charge toy longer than 2 hours.
