AND PAINTED FINGER PRINTS by CHARLOTTE MORGAN
If metallic embellished works of art is your thing take a look at these intricate hand painted Finger Prints which are coated in silver, gold and on trend rose gold Leaf. This set of four images featuring the detailed lines of a fingerprint has been enlarged to a more abstract scale, highlighting the fragmented shapes and rougher sections within the anatomy on closer inspection, but from a distance appear as individual solid oval forms. The leaf adds a semi-precious quality that gives an almost metal cast effect, yet remains quite delicate on the white surround. You will be pleased to know that each fingerprint is unique to itself, carrying its own individual qualities from its bespoke creation process, reflecting that of real human prints.

The epitome of the word bespoke resonates off the covers of these re-invented vintage books. Charlotte Morgan has fashioned these very individual pieces of art with each one being a complete original. INE ART ABSTRACTS BY EMMA LAWRENSON
Screen-printing had to be one of the most fun art lessons we had as children, all the ink and colour! Free to express ourselves in an armful of ink. Emma’s exploration in design sees a series of reoccurring abstract images and an intrinsic exploration of shape, line and friendly form, through a delicate and well-chosen layering of colours. Emma is very much aware of her artistic development, remarking; ‘the process of screen-printing and my considered, precise approach enable me to produce crisp, smooth and clean images. My method is to carefully build up layers of solid, flat colours to explore shape and form.’

ATERCOLOUR STAG by CHARLOTTE MORGAN
Our beloved Magnificent Stag has been transformed into a bright and beautiful piece of artwork with the use of heavy acrylic paints, functionally applied with a texture using a painters palette knife. This stately stag exudes poise and mature refinement in his pensive gaze. The European Red Deer has impressive antlers, with wide grandeur that fills the expanse of space around the animal’s body. The antlers are the stag’s most impressive assets, growing every spring up to 45 inches in length. This artwork comes as a Triptych or as a Jumbo.

LUE PAPERWORKS by GILL WILSON
As a young child have you ever been dragged around an art gallery and told by your parents that you can look but can’t touch? Well it’s safe to say that even as an adult the rules still apply with Gill Wilson’s stunning, nature inspired textural paperworks which cry out to the senses and urge you to reach out and feel the delicate and intricate nooks and niches. Well that’s why these elegant fragile paperworks have been neatly placed in our sleek modern box frames, keeping their structure and beauty protected. Gill Wilson originally studied paper making in Japan, over the past couple of years she has created work for clients in the UK, Europe and Japan. Being passionate about the creative potential of plant fibre pulps she uses this exclusively in her work, which is ecologically ethical and sustainable. These pieces are created using a combination of traditional Japanese techniques as well as processes she has developed throughout her career. 16

HE OTHER WAY
School’s out this summer for one fish as it turns away from the larger shoal of swimming partners. It would be perfectly placed in the office of a marine biologist, who may ponder the thought of the ‘oddity effect’. The composition of the larger than life fish injects a good level of humour to the image, their fins and formation offering texture as well as shape.

This collection of Beach path photographs echoes feelings of calm and tranquility. These giant orange webbed feet are an instant reminder of what it’s like to lose your lunch! The flip flopping sound you hear along the rails of the pier, as you’re just about to buy a bucket of soft, sugary doughnuts, the man hands you the goods, the squawking begins and you are suddenly dive bombed by those pesky birds! It’s all good fun at the beach, and you can’t help but giggle at this picture and the funny anatomy of their scrawny legs, nobbly knees and large black talons. This picture would work so well on a riverside house or even a boat; it’s certainly a great talking point for an interior.

The new linen slip is an extension of our signature linen slip which has long been associated with our high level of quality and craftsmanship and makes our pieces easily recognisable at the top end of the luxury market. OLOURED LOBSTERS by CHARLOTTE MORGAN
Charlotte Morgan has taken the majestic king of the crustaceans, the lobster, as her inspiration. Using Gyotaku – (Gyo meaning fish, and Taku meaning rubbing or impression) an ancient Japanese art form used by fisherman to prove the size of their largest catch in a world before photography. After applying the marine creature an ink or paint it is then covered with a cloth rubbed, making contact in all relief areas. These direct prints offer a painterly approach to the realism of form, with an exact replication of the specimen.

RCHITECTURAL STUDIES by MINTY SAINSBURY
It is an understatement to say that Minty Sainsbury has a passion for architecture; it’s a subject which consumes her. We love her work because not only are they very precise architectural renderings of classical buildings they are also very beautiful and intriguing. The use of the empty space in her street views is arresting and unusual. She contrasts the intricate complexity of cathedrals and gothic churches with nothing but a thin outline of the buildings in the foreground.

XOTIC BIRDS
by HENRY STACY MARKS
Henry Stacy Marks delved into a career as an artist from studying at the Royal Academy. He became highly sought after for private and commercial commissions such as the exquisitely painted Ante Room in the stately home of Eaton Hall, Cheshire, that featured dozens of the worlds beautiful birds. Marks had been drawn towards painting birds ever since his participation in an exhibition called Birds in Bond Street for the London Zoo, which was a great success. He developed a style that could be best described as Pre-Raphaelite, being attracted to the painstaking naturalist painting he was later famous for. These stunning collections of Exotic Birds featured are the very pieces that adorn the ornate mural walls of Eaton Hall. The Exotic Birds are evidence of a true labour of love, proudly showcasing individual assets and plumage against the backdrop of a walled garden.
