Ncaa Rules Compliance

• Develop and implement a plan to educate staff, coaches, studentathletes, internal and external constituencies

• Monitor compliance activities to ensure institutional control and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations

• Actively engage new permissive legislation that is beneficial to student-athletes

• Collaborate with the Troy University’s IDEA Bank to help build the student-athletes’ brand with the new permissive legislation of Name, Image and Likeness (NIL)

• Educate campus and community partners regarding the importance of collaboration and cooperation with NCAA compliance

• Partner with industry standard companies and vendors for NIL opportunities

• Provide a comprehensive NIL education

• Collaborate with the Brandr Group to provide cobranded merchandise in the marketplace for Troy student-athletes
