CARLTON DRAUGHT MURRAY BRIDGE GOLD CUP Wednesday 16 October 2013 The Carlton Draught Murray Bridge Gold Cup is always a fantastic day of quality racing, fashion and entertainment. Murray Bridge is known as the generous heart of the Murray and is famous for its hospitality. Take advantage of the atmosphere of this great day to entertain friends and colleagues or network with clients and suppliers. All racegoers have the chance to enter a free draw to win a River Wren weekend houseboat holiday.


Carlton Draught Marquee - Chairman’s Luncheon $140 per person Perfectly located trackside within close confines of the day’s activities, this marquee is the place to be for the racing enthusiast. The Carlton Draught Marquee offers the ultimate raceday experience with a guest MC Andrew “Cosi” Costello from Triple M and South Aussie with Cosi. Marquee open 11am to 5pm. Crown Lager Clubroom $90 per person Situated in the comfort of the clubroom facility this package represents great value and an experience only Cup Day offers. Clubroom open from 11am to 5pm. FASHION AT THE RACES The Races have long been synonymous with stunning fashions. This year’s Gold Cup holds added significance in the fashion ranks with the event featuring as an automatic qualifying heat of the statewide Fashion at The Races competition searching for South Australia’s most stylish racegoer. The lucky winner of Murray Bridge Gold Cup’s Fashion on the Field will progress to the Fashion at The Races final at Morphettville in April 2014, where they’ll be treated to hospitality at Schweppes Oaks Day and two nights accommodation at the Oaks Plaza Pier Glenelg. Up for grabs in the final is a luxury fashion holiday for two people to Paris, France, including business class airfares, return transfers, 5 nights’ accommodation in a 5 star hotel, fashion tours and more. This marquee will have the perfect ambiance, created through comfortable lounges, music and impeccably prepared delicious cocktails. The Cocktail Lounge – The ideal spot to relax, chill and have a great time. Marquee open from 11am to 5pm. CHRISTMAS CUP Sunday 1 December 2013 This popular event is one of the best family social race days on the thoroughbred racing calendar. The beauty of the Christmas Cup is that it offers something for everyone - great food, racing and entertainment for the whole family, all in an atmosphere of good cheer and celebration. Featuring rides, clowns, face painters, prizes, giveaways, the Stable Stars Kids Club and an appearance from Santa himself. It’s a special Christmas occasion to be enjoyed by all. Marquee packages are very popular, offering one of the most extensive and variable racing hospitality packages going around. Be sure to book early and secure your spot for a great day at the races.


Reserved Outdoor Picnic Hamper $45 per person (minimum six people) There’s nothing like turning up to the races and just sitting and relaxing. Reserve your location on race days and pre-purchase a Reserved Outdoor Picnic Hamper package. Located on the beautifully manicured lawns, this is the perfect base and a great way to relax, enjoy quality racing and soak up the atmosphere. Everyone wants something different at their race day function, and we will go out of our way to accommodate everyone. Patrons can supply their own food for the day, or choose from our selection of delicious menus*.
