on resources needed to rehabilitate the chemical storeroom. Dempster fulfilled tasks such as the painting of corroded cabinets, coating of floorings, lighting repairs, general reorganization and safety systems repairs. Furthermore, Dempster was very active during his time as Warehouse Supervisor. He attended morning meetings and liaised with personnel on related jobs. His attitude and pragmatic approach to work is commendable, and a good example of how line staff should demonstrate their potential during an acting assignment.
