Hydration! For our skin and our health, water is the single best and most important thing that keeps our bodies moving. But did you know it is also a key ingredient in caring for our skin? As well as our mental wellbeing, digestion, clarity, and ability to ward off headaches, water regulates body temperature. It helps us feel full too. Since many times when we think we are hungry, we are thirsty and would feel better just by drinking 8-16 oz. of water. Average daily ounce consumption should be about 50% of your weight. For example, someone who weighs 140 lb., should be drinking approximately 70 oz. of water a day. Yes. A day.

So now we know that we should drink more water. But do we truly understand why?

After discovering the benefits of skin exfoliation, Roberta created her formulation with botanical oils and sugar. In 2006, she and her late sister, Michelle, started ScrubzBody™ in a garage, growing to a fabulous storefront in Farmingdale, NY, where her products are still handcrafted in small batches. Roberta has shared her story over the years and has been published and quoted in over 100 skin care and business articles, blogs and beauty magazines. She has also been a natural remedy segment guest on the Dr. Oz show twice. Try her amazing products for yourself at www.scrubzbody.com
