Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

PREPARATION 1. Combine rice, beans, plum, walnuts, and egg in a portable container. 2. Drizzle with sesame oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper; toss gently to combine. Refrigerate up to 2 days.

PREPARATION 1. Warm oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add onions, and garlic and cook it. Stir it often until its tender and just starting to brown. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. 2. Add chicken, sprinkle it with pepper and stir. Cook it while turning it often until it is no longer pink for about 5-7 minutes. 3. Add the olives and cook it. Stir it for a minute until its properly cooked and its fragrant. 4. Put in the tomatoes. 5. Reduce the heat to medium low, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes longer until the tomatoes are heated and juicy. Serve over rice.
