Blood Tribe Department of Health Inc. NOTICE OF ELECTION BY ACCLAMATION THREE (3) CLASS “A” DIRECTORS TAKE NOTICE THAT in accordance with the By-laws for the Blood Tribe Department of Health Inc. (“BTDH”) an Election for Three (3) Class “A” Directors was set for October 23, 2019. The Board of BTDH appointed Francis First Charger as the Chief Electoral Officer for such Election. A Call for Nominations was posted in accordance with the By-laws of BTDH and there are only Three (3) eligible candidates for the Three (3) positions of Class “A” Directors to be filled. The time for both applying and withdrawing as a candidate has now passed and there is no provision for write in candidates at the time of election. The BTDH has a limited budget so in order to avoid incurring unnecessary costs, the Board of BTDH has ratified the Three (3) eligible candidates as elected by acclamation for the Three (3) Class “A” Directors of BTDH to hold that position until the next election of Class “A” Directors, or otherwise as determined in accordance with the By-Laws of BTDH. THEREFORE BE IT KNOWN THAT THE FOLLOWING CANDIDATES (in alphabetical order) FOR CLASS “A” DIRECTOR OF THE BLOOD TRIBE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH INC.
