The concept of this packaging is related to an animal that is part of the origins of humanity—the wolf, as it is linked to the development of mankind. This figure, which is as inspiring as it is recognizable, was applied to the logo, brand image, and product portfolio, depending on the singularities of each wine. The wines of Viña Luparia from Valdepeñas, Spain, the land of wolves, are directed to young consumers who need to be guided through new aspects and flavors that are unknown to them. This packaging moves away from the liturgy of the wine to offer simple and identifiable arguments under a rejuvenated, accessible, and appealing brand. Each drawing of the wines reflects a visual poem that explains the story and the type of wine being consumed. La Burla is based on Peter and the wolf’s story; La rebeldía tells us the story of wolf Amarok’s wild spirit. The rosé Los amantes is linked to the story of a wolf that is in love with the moon; La inocencia recalls Little Red Riding Hood; El origen is linked to Luperca and her generous act of nursing Rómulo and Remo, fruit of the intention of creating and leaving a notable and continual legacy; La libertad sums up their goodness and reminds us of the fable of the dog and the wolf. Through these stories, the customer can discover new elements around the wolf as a central axis of the range and main character of the Luparia packaging.
