New LRC Releases CHECK THE M OUT TODAY !

The Stand: No Man’s Land #3 by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa

This is a comic book adaptation of Stephen King’s “The Stand.” The Free Zone Committee has sent their spies to the west and is now mere days away from getting the electricity back on in Boulder, but darker plans are afoot... When a tormented Nadine discovers the horrific truth of what Harold's been plotting, the dark man makes his presence known to ensure nothing stops him. The clock is ticking for the forces of good, True Believers, and we've hit the point of no return... Don't dare miss it!

The Secrets of the FBI by Ronald Kessler

Based on inside access, the book presents revelations about the raid on Osama bin Laden's compound, the recent Russian spy swap, Marilyn Monroe's death, Vince Foster’s suicide, and J. Edgar Hoover’s sexual orientation. For the first time, it tells how the FBI caught spy Robert Hanssen in its midst and how the FBI breaks into homes, offices, and embassies to plant bugging devices without getting caught. “The Secrets of the FBI” presents headline-making disclosures about the most important figures and events of our time.

The beautiful blonde has bigger problems to deal with, such as overseeing the romance reality competition filming in Fool’s Gold. Screening eligible bachelors is a difficult enough task, but Dakota hits an unexpected snag when a sexy stranger comes to town.

20 Ways to Drink More Water By Susan McQuillan Reviewed by the QualityHealth.com Medical Advisory Board 1. Set goals. For instance, in the morning, fill a large pitcher with 8 cups of water and set a goal to finish it by the end of the day. 2. Get in the habit of drinking a glass of water 20 or 30 minutes before each meal. Bonus: If you're watching your weight, filling up on water may help you eat less. 3. Hang a note on your refrigerator so you'll remember to reach for water instead of soda or other beverages. Likewise, keep a note near your sink to remind you to have a drink while you're there. 4. Eat plenty of watery foods throughout the day. Juicy fruit such as watermelon and oranges, vegetables like cucumbers and tomatoes, and even dairy products like lowfat yogurt, all help keep you hydrated. 5. Dilute fruit juice such as grape or cranberry with water or seltzer to save calories while still quenching your thirst with a flavorful beverage. Juice also contains electrolytes that help your body better absorb water.

6. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice to your water bottle, or float a slice of lemon, lime, or even cucumber in your glass to make your water taste more refreshing. 7. Drink herbal tea, hot or iced.

8. Have soup for lunch. The less salty, the better to keep you hydrated. 9. Until you have a water habit, set a watch or phone alarm to go off every hour as a reminder. 10. Keep a bottle or covered glass of water by your bed at night. Start each day with at least a sip of water. 11. Always carry a water bottle when you're on the move. 12. Take sips. It's not always easy to down a full glass of water but you can always sip. 13. Keep a large bottle or pitcher of water on your desk at work.
