General regulations The wellness centre is a place of tranquillity and silence. Therefore, we ask our guests to maintain an appropriate and respectful demeanour. Sauna • Access to minors under the age of 14 is prohibited. • Access in case of fever, angina and epilepsy is not recommended. Use caution if you suffer from venous, cardiac or blood circulation diseases. • It is mandatory to take a preparatory shower before entering the sauna. • You should enter without bathing suits and slippers, using only the special towels that you can find in your room or suite. • Enter the Kneipp path without footwear and it is mandatory to have a fungal disinfection footbath before beginning. Pool • The swimming pool is monitored on an ongoing basis and has a depth of 140 cm. • We recommend you use the swimming pool at least 3 hours after consuming a meal. • Access is permitted with clean flip-flops only. • Before entering the pool or the outdoor whirlpool, a fungal disinfection of the feet and a shower are mandatory. • Entry is prohibited to minors under the age of 12 who are not accompanied by an adult. • Strictly forbidden: diving, playing ball, reserving deckchairs or taking them to the garden.
Fitness • The use of the equipment is allowed only to people over the age of 16. • Please access only with clean sneakers. • For hygienic reasons, we ask you to place down a towel while using the equipment.
Sky Spa • Access to minors under the age of 16 is prohibited. • Access is allowed only with clean flip-flops or slippers. 4
Booking You can book beauty treatments directly at the reception of the Gocce di Rugiada Wellness & Beauty Centre by dialling the number 580 from your room or suite.
Opening hours
Cancellations In the event of a time change or cancellation of a treatment, we kindly invite you to notify the reception of the Gocce di Rugiada Wellness & Beauty Centre at least 12 hours before the agreed appointment. In case of non-cancellation, the total cost of the treatment will be charged. If you communicate a cancellation after the deadline, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment.
