PURIFICATION RITUAL
1. SOGUKLUK
Kräuterdampfraum: Hier gewöhnen Sie sich langsam an die erhöhte Raumtemperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit. Der Kräuterdampf öffnet die Poren Ihrer Haut.
Zona vapore alle erbe: In questo ambiente vi abituate all’elevata temperatura e umidità. Il vapore alle erbe apre i pori della pelle.
Herbal steam zone: In this environment you get used to the high temperature and humidity. Herbal steam opens the skin’s pores.
2. KESE-LIF
Körperpeelingraum: Mit dem Kese (Peelinghandschuh) wird Seife auf die Haut aufgetragen die dann kräftig mit dem nassen Kese abgerieben und mit warmem Wasser abgespült wird.
Zona peeling: Prima si applica sulla pelle una patina di sapone con il Kese (guanto per peeling), poi il corpo viene sfregato con il Kese umido. Infine il sapone viene risciacquato con acqua calda.
Peeling area: First, a thin layer of soap is applied to the skin with the Kese (peeling glove), then the body is rubbed with the moist Kese. Afterward, hot water is used to rinse the soap thoroughly.

Wir bitten die Day Spa Gäste zwischen 10:00 und 10:30 Uhr bzw. zwischen 14:00 und 14:30 Uhr vor Ort zu sein. Unsere Day Spa Angebote sind für Personen ab 14 Jahren buchbar. Jedem Gast wird eine Wellnesstasche mit Bademantel und Saunatuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Badeschlappen erhalten Sie bei Bedarf kostenlos an der Rezeption. Die Hamam-Rundgänge finden ab 14:00 Uhr jede halbe Stunde statt. Bei der Ankunft bitten wir Sie, den gewünschten Zeitpunkt anzugeben. Die Saunen sind ab 12:00 Uhr geöffnet.
Chiediamo gentilmente agli ospiti della Day Spa di arrivare alla struttura tra le 10:00 e le 10:30 o tra le 14:00 e le 14:30. Le nostre offerte Day Spa sono prenotabili a partire dai 14 anni. Ogni ospite riceve una borsa spa con accappatoio e asciugamano per la sauna. Pantofole disponibili gratuitamente alla reception. Le visite all’hamam si svolgono ogni mezz’ora a partire dalle 14:00. All’arrivo, si prega di indicare l’orario desiderato. Le saune sono aperte dalle 12:00.
We kindly ask Day Spa guests to arrive at the property between 10:00 and 10:30 am or between 2:00 and 2:30 pm. Our Day Spa offers can be booked from 14 years of age. Each guest receives a spa bag with bathrobe and sauna towel. Slippers available free of charge at reception desk. Visits to the hamam take place every half hour starting from 2 pm. Upon arrival, please indicate your desired time. The saunas are open from 12:00 noon.
Ausfälle und Stornierungen sind für alle unangenehm. Bitte geben Sie uns mindestens einen Tag vorher Bescheid. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir bei kurzfristiger Stornierung 50 % der Anwendung in Rechnung stellen. Bei Nicht-Erscheinen wird die Behandlung zu 100 % berechnet.
CANCELLAZIONI
Non fa mai piacere, ma se vi dovesse capitare di annullare un appuntamento, vi preghiamo cortesemente di informarci almeno un giorno prima. In caso di preavviso inferiore, sarà addebitato il 50% del costo del trattamento prenotato. In caso di no-show, il costo del trattamento viene addebitato a 100%.
CANCELLATIONS
It’s never pleasant, but if you happen to cancel an appointment, please kindly inform us at least one day before. In case of shorter notice, 50 % of the cost of the booked treatment will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the cost of the treatment will be charged.

• Kommen Sie im Bademantel gekleidet in die Mii:amo Wellnessrezeption. Dort werden Sie vom behandelnden Spa-Mitarbeiter abgeholt. Sollten Sie eine Massage gebucht haben, bitten wir Sie, Badekleidung oder Unterwäsche zu tragen.
• Um Körper und Geist auf die bevorstehende Behandlung einzustimmen, bitten wir Sie, ein paar Minuten vor Terminbeginn zu erscheinen. Bei verspätetem Erscheinen muss eventuell der Behandlungsablauf abgeändert oder verkürzt werden.
• Bei Schwangerschaft oder gesundheitlichen Problemen bitten wir Sie, sich bereits bei der Terminvereinbarung mit unseren Spa-Mitarbeitern abzusprechen.
Alle Behandlungen dienen nicht therapeutischen Zwecken.

• Per prepararvi al meglio al vostro appuntamento con il benessere, vi preghiamo di arrivare con qualche minuto di anticipo. Eventuali ritardi avranno come conseguenza variazioni o abbreviazioni nel trattamento.
• In caso di gravidanza o di problemi di salute, vi preghiamo di informare i nostri collaboratori Spa già in fase di prenotazione.
