FACADE
For this assignment classmate and I created of a building facade in C.A.D. The location of the building is near the Drexel campus at 3499 Race Street. During this assignment we wvistiing the site to survey the building. After surveyed the building we then transfer all the measurements into C.A.D. This assignment is to see how we would be able to produce the final cad drawing from start to finish by collaborating with other students.
Mastering the trim and arc tool allow me to do railing and ironwork design. Also learn how to draw the window
GREEN CAFE
The challege was to design a existing space is 30 feet wide, 20 feet deep, 15 feet tall. At least three different types of lighting fixtures (pendant, recessed. etc.)and two different ceiling heights. Areas of both GWB and acoustical ceiling tile ceiling. My concept of this project is a green house cafe where people can enjoy nature in the city while interacting with people from the street by using natural wood.

Cabin compertition Architects: Taylor Smyth Architects Area: 275 ft² People able to enjoy the landscape and views of the sunset. This cabin is a room that is insulated with glass, with an exterior wood paneling facade surrounding the building. The wood facade provides not only dynamic appeal on the exterior, but also different manipulation of light on the interior throughout the different seasons, yet still able to see the sunset. It’s horizontal paneling allows light to seep through and into the building during the cold season, while in the hot season provide shading.

FUN HOUSE Urban Equity Pop-up
The concept behind the structure is about fun and confusion. When I walk around the city hall, I notice that many people are sitting and talking, but they don’t really interact. So this structure-based fun and interaction with people, kids, or adults. It focuses on mental health where people can have relaxed throughout the day and play with others. since the structure is huge and able to catch people’s eyes, it makes people wanted to come in.
