Tumwater Dance Teams!

Dance Team students work on technique and learn routines in three different genres - Jazz, Pom and Hip Hop - and perform at community events and competitions. Uniform fee payable to the instructor on the first day of class. Call Tumwater Parks & Recreation to check for availability. No practice on 2/21.

Babysitting

Designed to prepare 11-15 year olds for the responsibility of safely caring for infants and children. This dynamic, interactive, activity-based program provides participants with numerous hands-on learning experiences. Includes instruction in CPR, first aid techniques, problem solving methods, and supervision. Don’t forget to wear comfortable clothing.

Beginner Gymnastics

Join us at Ascend Gymnastics for a beginner level gymnastics class. Work on skill development with our enthusiastic, safety conscious instructors. Students will be introduced to Floor skills (rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and more!) along with Bar and Beam skills!

Ascend Gymnastics Winter Break Camp

Join us for a week full of games, gymnastics lessons, free time, new friends and more. Campers bring their own lunch each day and Ascend will provide snacks.

Kindermusik Mixed Age

Accommodating all levels of learning and musical ability, mixed-age classes are perfect for friends, siblings and family bonding! Movement activities, group dances, and instrument play will be modified for everyone to enjoy.

Session 1: Marvelous Me

The activities, music and instrument play in Marvelous Me gives young children fun and appropriate ways to test their boundaries as they develop self-esteem, self-awareness, and inhibitory control. They'll move their bodies, use their senses, explore friendships and feel good about all the amazing things they can do all by themselves!

Session 1:Silly All Over

Tap into the joy of laughter as we giggle, wiggle, boing, and jiggle through this unit full of silly sounds and silly moves. We'll practice stop-and-go motion, experience up and down, use our fine-motor skills, incorporate vocal play, and tickle our sense of humor all at the same time!

BRICKS 4 KIDZ ROBOTICS

Bricks 4 Kidz EV3 Robotics Class

Build and program real working robots! Using software while working on laptops, kids ages 6-9 will be able to program the robots they build using Bricks 4 Kidz® model plans and LEGO® technology to create exciting dynamic machines. Models differ session to session. Join us for this actionpacked 4-week class where kids learn real-life skills while having real-kid fun. All students take home a custom minifigure (kits are reused not taken home).
