JOURNEY BY WAY OF THE ARTS FINE ARTS WORKSHOP FOR CHILDRENÂ
INTRODUCTION IN FOUR TOPICS:
LET'S PLAY WITH UNIVERSAL ART!
"The program is focused on artistic education, this means that our interest does not look at the manual workmantship but the intellectual processes that generate knowledge through visual language.
Through exercises of drawing, painting and sculpture, the child will learn about colors, shapes, textures, composition, different artistic techniques, biographies, historical contexts and transversal knowledge that can be generated in each class.
For this reason our activities are articulated with essential concepts in the development of visual arts and much more complex ideas such as art history, composition theory, material technique, theory of perception and semiotics.
The course is divided into four topics: 1. Portrait 2. Surrealism and the world of dreams. 3. Art and religion. 4. Object art.
JOURNEY BY WAY OF THE ARTS... Topics are distributed as follows:
ART AND RELIGION. July 16 to 20 10:30 - 13:00 hrs. The fine arts have always been a means to express beliefs and forms as man understands the transcendental. Children will find different paths that societies in history have allowed themselves to handle the concept of God and the relationship of man with him.
PORTRAIT. 02 to 06 of July. 10:30 - 13:00 hrs. We will walk the subject through a brief review from the Renaissance to the 20th century, with 3D exercises based on examples such as El Greco, Botticelli, Goya, Picasso.
SURREALISM AND THE WORLD OF DREAMS. 09 to July 13 10:30 -13: 00 hrs. We will take the dream world to be able to represent images and situations with which we reflect the perceptions in the unconscious.

ART OBJECT. 23 - 27 of July. 10:30 - 13:00 hrs. We will explore the boundaries of the functional world with the world of artistic expression and we will see how aesthetics can coexist with utilitarian objects. The registration to the course can be per week, or per month. The cost per week is MXN $ 1000 per student. The cost includes instruction, materials and lunch. Limited availability.
