JOURNEY BY WAY OF THE ARTS FINE ARTS WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN
INTRODUCTION IN FOUR TOPICS:
LET'S PLAY WITH UNIVERSAL ART!
"The program is focused on artistic education, this means that our interest does not look at the manual workmantship but the intellectual processes that generates knowledge through visual language.
Through exercises of drawing, painting and sculpture, the child will learn about colors, shapes, textures, composition, different artistic techniques, biographies, historical contexts and transversal knowledge that can be generated in each class.
For this reason our activities are articulated with essential concepts in the development of visual arts and much more complex ideas such as art history, composition theory, material technique, theory of perception and semiotics.
The course is divided into four topics: 1. Aeronautics. 2. Architecture. 3. Object art. 4. Nautical.
JOURNEY BY WAY OF THE ARTS... AERONAUTICS. 01 to 05 of July. 10:30 - 13:00 hrs. We will approach how the applied arts and aesthetics have had a major impact on the development of science and technology to produce devices that have flight capabilities from design drawing to the production of objects that can be sustained in the air. ARCHITECTURE. 08 to 12 of July 13. 10:30 -13: 00 hrs. Although architecture today is seen more as a technical branch of knowledge we want to re-influence its original vision as a branch of fine arts emphasizing aspects of human sense, atmosphere and awareness that a space brings to the individual and society .
ART OBJECT. July 15 to 19. 10:30 - 13:00 hrs. We will explore the boundaries of the functional world within the world of artistic expression and we will see how aesthetics can coexist with utilitarian objects.
NAUTICAL. 22 - 26 of July. 10:30 - 13:00 hrs. From very remote times to the present man has needed to move through the waters, we will approach this subject from the aesthetic sphere and knowledge of the laws and forces that govern maritime science to develop projects that give greater understanding to the participants of the world of maritime navigation.
Course registration can be per week, or per month (15% discount applies when registering the full month). The cost per week is MXN $ 1000 per student.
