White Chocolate Berry Trifle

Ingredients 2 cups heavy whipping cream 2 (12 oz.) pound cakes 1¼ cup cold milk 2 (3.3 oz.) white chocolate instant pudding mixes 1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk (refrigerated) 1 lb. strawberries 12 oz. raspberries 1½ cups blueberries

Directions 1. Rinse strawberries, blueberries, & raspberries thoroughly and strain.
Hull and slice the strawberries. 2. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until firm peaks form. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. 3. In a large bowl, whisk cold milk with instant pudding mixes until blended, add the cold can of sweetened condensed milk; Next, fold in the whipped cream until incorporated. 4. Cut the cake into small cubes & divide into 3 equal portions. 5. It the Clearly Elegant 10 Cup Bowl, add ⅓ of the cubed pound cake, press down, add ⅓ of the cream mixture, spread it around with the back of a spoon, add ⅓ of the fruit in an even layer. Repeat layers two more times.
