Ingredients 2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained 1 onion, chopped 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp. ground cumin ⅔ cup ground oats 1 tsp. salt

Directions 1. In the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with blade attachment add beans, you may have to do one can at a time, cover and pull cord until minced, transfer to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, cover and pull cord until minced, transfer to the bowl with beans, stir to combine. 2. Using the Hamburger Press & Keepers Set, divide evenly between 4 keepers; insert press to form patties. 3. Cook burgers your way, you can fry in a Chef Series II Frypan,

BBQ Grill Outdoors or cook using the MicroPro Grill. 4. Place 2 burger patties in the MicroPro Grill and microwave on high power 2-3 minutes on each side with cover on GRILL position. Repeat with remaining burgers.
