Mustard Crust ¼ cup soft butter ¼ cup breadcrumbs 2-3 tsp. mustard 3 tsp. crushed parsley

1 pork tenderloin salt and pepper, to taste

1. In a small bowl mix together mustard crust ingredients. 2. Pat pork tenderloin dry and cut in half, season salt and pepper. 3. Place tenderloin in the MicroPro Grill, place cover in GRILL position and microwave for 4-6 minutes. 4. Flip over, spread mustard crust over pork, place cover in

CASSEROLE position and microwave for 4-6 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature between 145° F. (medium rare) and 160°F. (medium). 5. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
