In a large bowl, combine pineapple, cinnamon sugar, and cayenne if using. Toss until fully coated in the spices and sugar.. 4. Place Pineapple in the MicroPro Grill, place cover in the GRILL position. Microwave on high 5-7 minutes. Remove from microwave, drain accumulated juices. Cover in the GRILL position and microwave on high power 2 additional minutes.

1. Rub southwest seasoning onto the Mahi fillets and drizzle with olive oil. 2. Place in the MicroPro Grill, place cover onto of fillet in GRILL position, and microwave on high power for 3-4 minutes, or until fish is opaque all the way through. 3. Break apart fillets into bite size pieces and place into tortillas for serving. 4. Top with desired ingredients.
