Ingredients 12 oz. spaghetti 2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded and peeled ½ cup fresh basil leaves 2 cloves garlic 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 cup parmesan cheese Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste ⅓ cup olive oil ½ cup frozen peas, thawed 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Pine nuts, optional

Directions 1. Place pasta in Microwave Pasta Maker and fill with water to max fill line. Microwave on high power for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Combine avocado, basil, garlic, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with blade attachment. Cover and pull cord until ingredients are pureed, add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified; set aside. 3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, avocado sauce, peas and cherry tomatoes. 4. Serve immediately.

Ingredients 12 oz. elbow macaroni 4 cups water ½ cup whole milk 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded ½ tsp. ground mustard ½ tsp. garlic powder 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter ¾ cup bacon bits

Directions 1. Place pasta in Microwave Pasta Maker and fill with water to max fill line. Microwave on high power for 10-12 minutes or until al dente. 2. At the end of cooking time, cover and strain, reserving ½ cup of pasta water. 3. Add remaining ingredients to the pasta and stir until mixture is smooth and creamy. Add pasta water to adjust consistency of cheese sauce.
