Ingredients 2 Tbsp. desired dressing ¼ avocado, diced ¼ cup halved cherry tomatoes 1 cup cooked whole wheat couscous 2 Tbsp. golden raisins 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts, toasted 1 cup arugula

Serves 1

Directions 1. Toss salad ingredients together in the Salad on The Go Bowl. 2. Serve with dressing. If taking on the go, add dressing to the Tupper

Mini 2 oz. Container. 3. When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad.
