Wonderful Indonesia – Welcome Dinner Southeast Electronic Media Partners At Turi Beach Resort
Nongsa, Batam Island. 28th September 2015 – Turi Beach Resort with Wonderful Indonesia were excited to host an exciting Welcome Dinner to all delegates of Electronic Media Trip Southeast Asia Region. The long trip will be started in Batam which covered Infinity Studio – Batam, Infinity studio is the biggest studio in Southeast Asia. Infinity Studios has become one of the major players in the Southeast Asian animation industry as the production house of several animated TV series such as ‘The Garfield Show’, ‘Leonard/Dr.Contraptus’, ‘Lucky Luke’, and ‘Franklin & Friends’. Infinity Studios provides quality service to the International animation industry. Turi Beach Resort was honored to be the first point to start before they go to Bintan-Jakarta-Banyuwangi-Labuan Bajo and end their trip in Bali. It was attended about 26 media partners around the Southeast region namely TV 5, PTV TV4 (Philippine), MCOT, NBC, Good Living Chanel, Thai Vision Chanel, Thairat TV, JJ Channel (Thailand), Bernama TV, and RTM (Malaysia). General Manager of Turi Beach, Mr. Sumantri Endang, gave a welcome remarks that Turi was pleased to had them there and happy as well to announce that now 45 countries joined on
the free visa list which was applied to the nearest ferry terminal, Nongsa Pura. It was a very good call for tourism. It is followed as well by opening remarks from Mr. Nobel Pardamean as a representative from Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia.
The dinner was hosted in very warming and friendly atmosphere where all the delegates could enjoy the dishes with the live live music. The dinner was livened by some delegates from Malaysia and Thailand who can sing Indonesian song fluently. Not only that, the dinner was charmed by Awang, Turi Beach Resort’s mascot who helped Mr. Lizawali and Mr. Yana to conduct some attractive games. The winner were given the cute and charming Awang doll. The surprise came in the end of dinner, where Mr. Darwin, Turi Beach Resort’s Senior Sales Manager brought a lucky draw where 3 luckiest delegates won 2D1N accommodation at Turi Beach Resort. Event end with the interview by TV5 Philipine and Vison Thailand to Mr. Sumantri Endang the General Manager of Turi Beach Resort in promoting wonderful Indonesia, Batam Island and Turi Beach Resort as a potential destination.
