The Spa Pendry team invites our resident owners to experience the following spa and wellness services:

Spa eucalyptus steam rooms, locker rooms, rainfall showers, cedar wood sauna, heated interior plunge pool

Halotherapy salt room, Signature Mud Bath experience, and signature Pendry bathing amenities

Spa lounge and relaxation room with seasonal organic refreshments and healthy bites

Self-Care Suite, Social Suite, and Family Experiences

24/7 access to Pendry Natirar Hotel state-of-the-art Fitness Center

Movement Studio and seasonal wellness classes

Private instructors and special spa events

There may be a cost associated with the service. Reservations may be required. Kindly inquire with your residential team about details and the hours of operation. Weekend treatments may be committed weeks in advance.

Your residential team will assist with the coordination of the following specialty services:

Restaurant reservations, excursions, and show tickets

Golf tee times and tennis court reservations

Pickup and delivery services (dry cleaning, groceries, etc.)

Reservations for all Montage International destinations

Cost of products and services are additional. 48-hours advance notice may be required for service arrangements.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Your residential team can coordinate the following residential services ($75 per hour):

Arrival/Departure Preparation - includes ensuring that your home is ready for arrival according to personal specifications. Securing home upon departure, including closing the premises to allow for ease and peace of mind.

Coordination of Home Maintenance Needs and Repair - arrange for service, grant secure access to property, and oversee the completion of work and arranging preferred payment method.

Weekly/Monthly Property Inspection - a comprehensive interior and exterior inspection to ensure working condition of home systems with repair status updates. Comprehensive inspection report sent with accompanying photos. This includes a weekly home inspection.

Preventative Maintenance Schedule - create and execute a custom-tailored preventative maintenance schedule for home to ensure the proper care of investment.

Vendor/Project Management - Oversee contracted personnel during any home projects or ongoing service such as landscapers; acting as the owners' representative.

Coordination/Orientation of Guests Upon Arrival - Warm guest welcome and personalized orientation of home features.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Our maintenance team is delighted to offer the following services at your request ($85 per hour):

Change smoke detector batteries. Replace HVAC filters.

Sinks: Purge hot/cold water and inspect both faucet and underside for leaks. Correct as needed for basic items, for rebuilds, or replace the items for corrective action.

Inspect lighting and replace bulbs as needed.

Inspect the walls, flooring, ceiling, doors for damage. Correct issues allowable within time allotment for Residence and report additional time requirements for corrective action. To include painting, touch-ups, and/or staining.

Test in-house phones for dial tones; correct as needed.

Inspect the refrigerator/freezer. Check drawers for operation, temperatures are set to 38 and 0 respectively and recommend water filter/air purifier filter if older than six months.

Inspect dishwasher for leaks/proper operation; correct as needed.

Inspect the condition of grout, caulk, and tile. Correct grouting on all hard services that requires it.

Test garbage disposals, clear any debris.

De-lime all plumbing fixtures as needed.

Inspect breaker panels for tripped breakers.

Inspect TVs and remote functions; correct as needed.

Test fireplace operations.

Replace batteries in all devices such as thermostats, remotes, telephones, etc.

Tighten all the hardware for drawers, cabinets, hinges, and lube all door hinges.

Inspect windows and screens for proper operation. Repair and/or report as needed. Check door function, repair and/or report as needed.

Toilets: Check for proper operation and no leaks on fill valve/base; correct as needed.

Showers and Tubs: Purge hot and cold water. Inspect leaks around valves and heads. Snake drain for debris. Correct leaks as needed and report damage issues for corrective action.

Washer and Dryer: Test operation of both the washer/dryer. Clean out dryer vent. Report issues for corrective action.

HOUSEKEEPING

Your residential team can coordinate the following services at your request:

House cleaning service (including while residents are absent)

Laundry, dry cleaning, pressing services

Interior and exterior window washing

Carpet and floor cleaning services

Drapery and curtain steam cleaning services

Marble polishing and maintenance services

Upholstery and drapery cleaning service

ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Valet services at the Residence
