THE MANSION
Presiding over an expanse of rolling hills, manicured lawns and old-growth woodlands, Natirar originated in 1912 as one of the largest estates in Somerset County horse country. The name is a reversal of “Raritan,” the river that traverses it. The grand Tudor-style mansion has been restored and renovated to house Pendry Natirar and The Natirar Club.

A classic establishment with hilltop views, Ladd’s Tavern serves fresh, contemporary fare in a welcoming environment. Its lively atmosphere invites members to mingle and savor each day.
NINETY ACRES
Sited in the estate’s carriage house, our estate-grown cuisine restaurant is the signature culinary experience of Natirar. The dining room serves fresh seasonal ingredients from our adjacent farm in inventive dishes from the Pendry chef scene.
THE COOKING SCHOOL
Adjoining Ninety Acres, the Cooking School hosts dynamic private events and regular classes from local and nationally recognized chefs.
A true working farm, The Natirar Farm grows seasonal produce served at Pendry Natirar’s dining establishments, making it a very short walk from farm to table. Vegetables, fruits, eggs, and honey, among other local delights, are available at the charming farmstand.

Membership to The Natirar Club is offered individually and must be renewed annually. The initiation fee applies only to the first year of membership and is waived in subsequent years.
