Environmentally Sealed 1st Stage The use of a secondary diaphragm and piston sealing the 1st stage preventing contamination or freezing when the regulator is submersed in contaminated or freezing water. Ortho-conscious Mouth Piece The ortho-conscious mouth piece feature prevents jaw fatigue. 3-D Air Cell The 3-D Cubic Air Cell allows for greater internal volume (lift) in a more compact and streamlined design. The 3-D cell increases diver comfort by expanding outwardly away from the body eliminating that "squeezed" feeling upon inflation. It also maximizes efficiency by keeping you more streamlined underwater. A.P.A. (Active Purge Assist) Exclusive to TUSA, the Active Purge Assist is a pneumatically assisted power inflator. Using a piston, the power inflator activates a stainless steel cable connected to the shoulder dump valve. The APA assures a quick response when deflating air from the BC. A.W.L.S. (Advanced Weight Loading System) TUSA's patented Advanced Weight Loading System (A.W.L.S.) allows the diver to insert weight into both left and right weight cartridges eliminating the need for a weight belt. Dual Tank The dual tank feature allows for twin tank configuration.

Independent Harness System (I.H.S.) The Independent Harness System isolates the BC jacket's harness from the air cell, tightly supporting the tank even with changes in air cell inflation/deflation. The I.H.S. prevents tank slippage and eliminates any gaps between the tank and your back.

Ultimate Stabilizing Harness (U.S.H.) TUSA's Ultimate Stabilizing Harness completely eliminates tank roll and delivers an amazing fit. MASKS Freedom Freedom technology is a set of revolutionary features offering superior fit, comfort and increased performance in TUSA masks. Freedom model masks feature a dimpled skirt surface with varied silicone thicknesses and stability ridges in addition to a proprietary low-friction skirt surface on the fitting line. 180 Buckle System The buckle rotates a full 180˚ to accommodate varying head sizes for optimum fit. The thin frame and rotation of the buckle allows the mask to be folded into a compact size. 3-D Strap TUSA's patented 3-D strap is a true three-dimensional design that snugly fits against the head's natural curvature. The 3-D strap offers unprecedented comfort and fit unlike standard flat mask straps. Angle Strap Adjustor TUSA's patented 5 Angle Strap Adjustor allows for a five position micro-adjustment on both the left and right sides of the mask. Up to 15% of available light can be lost with a standard glass lens due to impurities and reflectivity. TUSA’s CrystalView lenses transmit 92% of available light to the diver for clear crisp vision. CrystalView lenses are used in all PRO models masks and also in the M-41 Freedom Quad. Hyperdry Purge Clearing a mask has never been easier thanks to our patented Hyperdry System. Simply breathe out through your nose and any water that has accumulated in your mask is forced out through a one-way purge valve. Once the mask is clear, the valve seals shut. Panoramic View Panoramic View masks feature a variety of designs offering an incredibly wide field-of-view. Dimpled Skirt:

Key areas around the forehead and cheek bones have been designed with dimples which combine to increase the skirt’s softness, flexibility and skin surface contact. This also greatly reduces leakage and enhances comfort.

Varied Silicone Thickness:

A regulator or snorkel mouthpiece, when in use, can cause areas of the mouth and nose section to distort causing leakage and discomfort. Varied thicknesses of silicone in these key areas reduce leakage and provide for a better fit.

Stability Ridges:

As water pressure increases a mask will compress inwards toward the face often causing further leakage. Areas under the cheek bones have been reinforced with stability ridges to minimize this compression maintaining ideal skin surface contact.

Freedom Film:

The TA-200A and TA0801 anti-fog films will keep your favorite mask fog-free while diving underwater. Made with long-lasting durable material, the Freedom Film can be installed easily, and is reusable with proper care. Freedom Dry enhances comfort and fit by utilizing a revolutionary low friction skirt surface.
