Follow your heart and take the step. It’s amazing how things fall into place and elevate you. Although timing is everything, I wish I’d done it sooner.

Have a simple system in place for keeping all records clients and financials. Know your fixed costs and an idea of variable costs for running your business. So you can easily see if you are operating at a loss or a profit and make changes if needed.
Working in real estate sales, really is a service industry. I am helping people with their real estate needs and honest advice. The first two things I ask people that are thinking about selling is, where do you want to go and why.
Depending on the answers they give they might be in a better position by not selling and that’s good, as I am happy to give free property updates. We now have a shift happening where people with family in Queensland are selling and moving to be closer and visa-versa people moving from Queensland to be near family here in Northern New South Wales. My passion for Kingscliff is shared by many people, we all love beautiful Kingscliff and enjoy living here.
I feel so blessed to be able to work selling real estate in Kingscliff, this is the area that I focus on having as much knowledge as possible. I take potential buyers that don’t know Kingscliff that well, around the area pointing out different points of interest, and they fall in love with Kingscliff even more.

Hope to meet you, if I can help, call when you are ready.

I’ve met some absolutely wonderful businesswomen in Murwillumbah, Tweed Valley, surrounding villages and on the land over the four years I have served as your local representative in the NSW Parliament. My advice is simply just go for it, go for success however you define it.
Be bold, be brave. It is not a question of ‘Can we do it all?’, as we do it all each and every day.
We’ve faced multiple complex challenges in recent years – drought, bushfires, the Covid pandemic, and mega floods in 2017 and 2022, and risen up remarkably.
There are so many local women out there leading our current flood recovery and it’s inspiring for me to work with them on rebuilding and reimagining our lives whether that’s reopening local businesses or returning to homes.

Get yourself a Mentor ..someone you admire and value their opinion. I’ve had a few over the years giving valuable advice and one thing my first mentor said to me that has stuck....” if you think you can , you can!! And if you think you can’t, you’re successful.” Think about that one for a moment.
