The group will be divided into smaller teams who will then race against each other on series of challenges that they will have to find using clues. After a safety briefing, we set the scene for the challenge and share the maps and directions to the first location. From then on the teams are on their own trying to progress in the quest by completing challenges they find on the way and moving closer to the finish line. This activity combines strategy and action and is a great way to combine team building with experiencing what a community has to offer. The teams will need to: · Strategically determine the best routing and most efficient ways of travel. · Innovate and problem solve to acquire the right information and artefacts. · Work under time pressure as they move through the tasks.

The group will be divided into smaller teams who will then have to solve series of challenges that will require them to work together. After a safety briefing, we set the scene for the challenge and explain challenges to the teams. All tasks require each team member to participate, in order for the team to succeed. From huge jigsaw puzzles with your logo or brand values to the mazes and engineering tasks, the activities will inject energy and drive into the teams. This activity combines intensive teamwork with thinking outside of the box, it is perfect for small and medium teams and encourages trust. The teams will need to: ¡ Together agree on a strategy to tackle every task. ¡ Communicate with each other every step of the way. ¡ Engage in problem-solving and try different methods.

The group will be split into nations who will go through series fo survival challenges that will test their wit and nerve. After a safety briefing, we set the scene for the activity and get the teams to select the area for their camp and work on their survival strategy. Depending on the duration of the challenge the teams will get to do some of the following activities: setting up a camp, making a shelter, using the navigation to find hidden resources, purify water, start a fire, cook bread and make tea. This activity creates healthy competition and gets the team to work under pressure and collaborate in the unknown environment. The teams will need to: ¡ Learn new survival skills. ¡ Communicate their new knowledge to the rest of the team. ¡ Take leadership and share responsibilities.

Depending on the number of people, the group will be split into smaller teams or remain one. The teams will race against time to complete various tasks before they expire to get access for the prize in the end. After a safety briefing, we set the scene for the activity and get the teams to develop their name, flag and motto. This day will truly test each team as they fight their fears, use their wit and skills to climb the mountains, use GPS to locate various artefacts, race on mountain bikes, kayak or snorkel. Some of the task they will have to complete will require ingenuity and creative thinking. This activity combines hard-core physical challenges with the tasks that require creativity and problem-solving. This is a perfect way to test, get out of the box and create strong personal connections among the Executive Suite members. The teams will need to: ¡ Work as a team, Communicate clearly, prioritize and take individual responsibility. ¡ Keep clear thinking and make decisions in extreme conditions. ¡ Innovate as they go through the challenges.

This adventure day out offers seamless teambuilding activity while exploring the adventures Oman has to offer. Depending on the number of people we either move as one group or split into two that will follow one another. Guided by internationally qualified instructors the group will traverse through one of Oman’s most popular canyons. Expect swimming, trekking, scrambling and abseiling. After the challenge, we enjoy a relaxing lunch with a local family and explore the mountain village before heading back to Muscat. This activity combines team bonding with experiencing some of the best adventures in Oman and is a great way to bring the team closer together and create some shared memories. The teams will need to: · Support each other as they overcome obstacles along the way. · Stick together and work as a team, we are not leaving anyone behind! · Step out of their comfort zone.

The group will be split into teams who will then compete against each other in series of challenges. The teams will have a chance to compete in both teams and individual ‘sports’, as in the true Olympics. After a safety briefing, we set the scene for the activity and get the teams to develop their name, flag and motto. Throughout the day the teams will compete against each other in multiple challenges, earning individual and team prizes. The activities range from tug-a-war and racing to bridge building, mini football and survival training. This activity creates healthy competition and improves team dynamics and is a great way for the team to get to know each other better. The teams will need to: · Quickly asses the situation and make decisions. · Learn about each other›s strengths and weaknesses and find smart ways to utilise team resources. · Work through leadership, delegation and trust issues within the team.

The adventure starts from the planning part, where we help you plan an itinerary, select locations, activities and take care of the logistics. The moment you land, the adventure begins. After a safety briefing, we set the scene for the 2-day challenge and get the teams started with exploring the mountains through series of challenges that involve trekking, compass navigation, survival training and more. On the second day, we head to Nizwa, the old capital of Oman for the cultural part of the tour, where the teams will go through the quest around the old market and fort. This activity is a perfect way to explore the country in an action-packed way that helps build up the team spirit. The teams will need to: ¡ Work under time constraints and pressure. ¡ Think outside of the box and innovate to complete challenges. ¡ Get to know each other better.
