Move-in begins on:FRIDAY, JUNE 25 from 3 pm - 8 pm ~ Bring your own straw bedding (not shavings) WEIGH-IN: 7 am - 8 am, SATURDAY. ALL Steers must be weighed by 8 am, SATURDAY. All animals must be on site 8 am Show Starts at 9:00 am, SATURDAY, JUNE 26, 2021. See show order on page 2 Food Truck on site from 11 am - 2 pm. All exhibitors will receive food truck coupons in their registration package - good for June 26 /2021 only.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Exhibitors are free to leave as shows are completed. Please load trailer outside the fencing. No thru access with trailers while shows are in progress.

• Entries to all shows are closed. No late entries can be accepted due to current AHS restrictions. • All entry fees must be prepaid. • Liability forms must be signed and submitted. Everyone enters at their own risk. • Entry fees will not be refunded for any reason. • Open Champions - GRAND AND RESERVE, will NOT be eligible for the Junior Show. Entry Fee will not be refunded. • Cross entries are allowed from Junior to Open MINUS the OPEN CHAMPIONS, GRAND AND RESERVE. • NO CROSS ENTRIES FROM BEEF CLUB TO OPEN OR JUNIOR. BEEF CLUB ran online in 2021, no cross entries taken. • All animals must have a visible CCIA tag and must be halter-broke. • Steers are shown by weight. Splits will be at committee’s discretion. Lightweight and Heavyweight winners move on to the champion drive. • Heifers are shown by birthdate. Splits will be at the committee’s discretion. Senior and Junior Yearling Heifer winners move on to the champion drive. • Mighty Mite is 9 years of age and under. • Grand and Reserve Buckles up in all shows. Cash payouts vary. • NO INDOOR STALLING for 2021. LIMIT of 60 people in the building, 150 on the premises. Not open to the public. • Only registered exhibitors, their plus one, registered show staff and county staff allowed on-site. • Animals must be shown and cared for by the owners. We encourage the youth to do their own fitting. • Fitting is to take place outside, please bring a generator. Limited power available. • Concerns, complaints or rule interpretations - the show committee has the final say. • Come to the show office for your show numbers.
