Jean François Porchez has designed in the past. Allumi ptf is a sleek typeface designed with technology in mind. It’s a perfect font family for any communication concerning design, robotics, or functionality. Pushed to its extreme
limits, the Allumi ptf shapes are neither perfectly round or

Allumi ptf est un caractère différent ◀▶ Différent de ce que Jean François Porchez a conçu dans le passé. Allumi ptf est un caractère élégant, suggérant l’univers technologique, idéal pour toute communication qui traite de design, de robotique, de fonctionnalité. Poussées à leurs limites, ni parfaitement rondes, ni géométriquement carrées, les formes de l’Allumi incarnent une vision humaine de l’univers high-tech. Allumi ptf peut être décrit comme le Microgramma (conçu par Alessandro Butti & Aldo Novarese en 1952) du siècle nouveau, mélangé avec du Frutiger (conçu par Adrian Frutiger en 1973 pour l’Aéroport de Roissy). Robustesse et puissance l’emportent sur la délicatesse, et définissent un « type » évoquant une vision contemporaine du futur. La famille a été construite autour de deux chasses, standard et large. Les italiques ont été soigneusement conçues comme des romains obliques avec toutes les corrections optiques et humaines nécessaires pour atteindre la simplicité et l’équilibre. Chaque série offre évidemment un set de glyphes qui couvre la plupart des langues latines ainsi que tous les aspects des besoins typographiques tels petites capitales, différentes formes de chiffres, & autres ingrédients.
