AN UNFORGETTABLE MEMORY OF SWAHILI
Cuisine
Local flavors are like a souvenir you want to take back home. The early morning steal pots lingering with Kahawa (coffee) with a puffy side of a maandazi (local bread). Benevolent serving of rice, beans, fish and mchicha (spinach) for lunch. Warm cinnamon rolls, cassata (peanut bars) plenty of delicious fruits for your sweet tooth. Nyama Choma (babrbeque meat) in spicy dips and a refreshing drink. If you are tempted enough or not, one cannot go back home without savoring these local delicacies. When in Tanzania, we recommend, not to miss out on some specialties; fresh seafood, madafu and urojo.

Not only is this trend growing in Tanzania, during and after your trip, you will be humbled to live in modest yet nature bound luxurious environ.
