Prior operation: Disconnect the batteries Battery - Disconnect (55.302)
Prior operation: Remove the hood Hood - Remove (90.100)
Prior operation: Recover the refrigerant Air conditioning - Recover (50.200)
Prior operation: Drain the coolant Engine cooling system - Emptying
A TTENTION: For tractors equipped with front O / hitch, refer steps – for additional disassembly instructions.
NOTE: Clean all fittings before disconnecting.
NOTE: Cap plug all lines and ports when disconnecting hydraulic Remove the nuts (1) securing the condenser / fuel cooler
Disconnect the refrigerant hose from the receiver / dryer (1) and the condenser outlet hose (2) .

Disconnect the high pressure (1) and suction (2) A / C lines from the compressor

Loosen the tube elbow clamp (3) Remove the intake air tube and set

Locate the tank heater control (1) for the SCR system above the
Disengage the connector locking wire (2) and nect the inlet connector (3)
Repeat for the outlet connector

Disengage the hose and disconnect the fuel cooler supply and return hoses (2) .

Open the protective cover (3) , remove the ing nuts and disconnect the power cable into (4) and from (5) the fuse
Disconnect the power relay harness connector (6)

Remove the bolts (3) securing the bracket (4) the hood
