STRATEGIC PLAN 2.0

Beginning in October 2019, the Strategic Planning Advisory Committee held meetings to create a five-year strategic plan to provide focus and allow each member of the organization to see how they can impact its most important priorities. The committee determined the top four strategic imperatives are advocacy, membership development, member engagement and the CPA pipeline. See the details of the plan on the next page.
