Building Productive Teams

The morning session provides an opportunity for professionals to examine who they are and how they relate to their associates in the workplace. Attendees learn their distinct temperament (Blue, Gold, Green or Orange), gaining insight into their thought processes, leadership and communication style. The class then participates in interactive, fun group discussions and activities that highlight the important characteristics of each temperament. The afternoon session includes a Low Ropes Course designed to develop group cohesion and to teach leadership, teamwork and collaborative problem solving skills, continuing to utilize the Real Colors personality temperaments. Each initiative activity allows the group to work together as a team to reach a common goal and is followed by a debrief that allows participants to share observations and lessons learned and how to transfer them to their personal and professional lives. This is a hands-on course so comfortable attire and closed toe/closed heel shoes are required.
