Application Instructions for UC Blue Ash College These step-by-step instructions will assist you with completing the Common Application for admission to UC Blue Ash College. Please take notes as needed and keep this worksheet for future reference. Access the application at:

Step 1: Create Account

• Click First Year Student Tab and input required personal information. -If you already have a common application account, log in. (Photo 1) • Click First Year Student and Continue. • Enter and verify your email address, choose and verify a password and click Continue. (Photo 2)

• Continue through the rest of the sections in order to complete the common application. -The Essay is not required for UC Blue Ash College. 5

• Enter Registration Information and click Create. 1

Step Four: Complete and Submit UC Blue Ash Application Step 2: Add UC Blue Ash to your Common Application • Click on College Search Tab at top of the page. • Type “Blue Ash” into College or City Name and click Search. (Photo 3) • Check the box to the left of University of Cincinnati – Blue Ash and Clermont Colleges and click Add. (Photo 4) • A pop up box will show it has been added your college list – click My Colleges in bottom right corner of box. 3

• In the grey application box on the right, click on Questions. Fill out the entire UC Blue Ash Application. A green check box will appear when you have successfully completed each section. • Once you get to the final section, click the Review and Submit button. -The Personal Essay is not required. Please answer the question and press Continue. • Your application will show for review. - If okay, please click Continue. - If edits are required, please click Back and make edits. • Click the Check Box confirming you have reviewed your application and click Continue. (Photo 7) • If you are being asked to provide payment for the application, please review step 3. Otherwise, press Continue. (Photo 8)

Step Three: Complete the Common Application • Click on the Common App Tab at the top of the page. Fill out the entire Common Application, starting with the Profile Section. A green check box will appear when you have completed the section. -Under the Common Application Fee Waiver Question of the Profile Section: Select Yes when asked if you qualify for a

Congratulations! You’ve submitted your application. To complete Step 1 of the admission process, you must now have ALL of your official transcripts sent to us before the application deadline.
