Besides the great mansions, quaint cottages & historic churches, the annual Pilgrimage features luncheons, brunches, carriage tours, evening events, an arts & crafts fair, 5K walk/run, live history demonstrations, Civil War re-enactors, cooking demos . . . & more! Historic homes featured this year include: Walter Place, 1858-59, combining Gothic & classical Greek Revival styles. The Terrace, 1842, with its broad front porch & inviting sunroom. Montrose, 1858, home of Pilgrimage sponsors, the Holly Springs Garden Club. Burton Place, 1848, a totally restored
