END Open the ‘Calendar’ app on your phone or tablet. If you have not yet configured your iOS device to receive your UEA email and calendars please refer to the ‘Email Setup’ helpsheet at the IT Service Desk or on our website. Select ‘Calendars’ at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on the ‘UEA Timetable Feed’ to enable it. Make sure there is a tick next to the calendar indicating that the calendar is active.
END Open the ‘Outlook’ app on your phone or tablet. If you have not yet configured Outlook on your device please refer to the ‘Email Setup’ helpsheet at the IT Service Desk or on our website. Open the options tab using the icon. Select ‘Calendar’ from the top menu bar. Expand the menu next to your email address using the arrow icon.
Listed below your email address should be your personal UEA calendar as well as your ‘UEA Timetable Feed’. Move the slider next to ‘UEA Timetable Feed’ to enable the calendar on your device. You will now see your timetable events alongside your normal UEA calendar.
