EMHA Program Alumnus Perspective "In real-time, I can apply the teachings of the curriculum to my current work. For example, I gained new perspectives on the importance of identifying departmental needs and continuous quality improvement." Also, the multidisciplinary nature of the cohort has broadened my horizons. Because the cohort is highly collaborative, intensely conversational and a healthy mix of nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and Ph.D. administrators, I better understand the challenges that face each profession.
