ALCP - AMERICAN LANGUAGE CULTURE PROGRAM Our American Language and Culture Program (ALCP) can help you get the most out of your U of I experience. ALCP removes language and cultural barriers by helping non-native English speakers develop the linguistic, academic and cultural skills needed to thrive at U of I. ALCP is designed to fit your individualized needs and, upon successful completion, fulfills the language requirement for seamless matriculation into a U of I degree program.
