Welcome back Communication students! It’s cold here in Moscow and we know it would feel so good to just stay in bed, but your COMM faculty and everyone at the University of Idaho is excited to have you back! We hope you had a refreshing winter break and are ready to start this semester of learning.
NAVIGATING THE SEMESTER
The start of the semester can be hard to navigate with a whole new schedule and new classes. Remember your professors are here to help you, so reach out to them anytime you need help. In addition, we have many support resources available to you on campus. Online students--don’t worry, the same resources are available to you as well!

LATE-START COURSE AVAILABILITY
If you're still looking to add a course or haven't taken COMM 101 yet, there is a late-start option with seats still available! COMM 101Fundamentals of Oral Communication, Section 61 is a 3-credit course with a hybrid learning environment. It is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 5:20 p.m. in the Teaching and Learning Center, Room 245. The dates of instruction are March 18 through May
10 (8-week session). If you are a Boise learner, there is also an opening at your campus. Please meet with your advisor to sign up!
