Graduate Support All graduate-level funding in the form of assistantships/scholarships are at the departmental level. Some departments offer Teaching Assistantships (TA) or Research Assistantships (RA). All out-of-state fees are waived for students receiving an RA or TA. Completed applications will be reviewed for acceptance to the graduate programs as well as departmental funding. Acceptance to graduate program does not guarantee financial support. ADMISSIONS Undergraduate Academic Requirements First year students must have a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale from secondary school. Students must meet criteria for admission to university-level study in their home country.
International Student Language Requirements Meeting any one of the following scores is acceptable as proof of English competency for students whom English is not their primary language: n TOEFL 525 PBT/70 IBT n IELTS 6.0 n Pearson (PTE) Academic 48 Students who do not meet our language requirements may be offered Conditional Admission and must enroll in our American Language and Culture Program (ALCP).
