THE GULCH:
The site analysis of The Gulch at a 1-mile diameter includes the interstates, highways, streets, railroads, unique features, educational facilities, parks, healthcare facilities, businesses, hotels, religious facilities, restaurants, bars, facilities related to nutrition and wellness, and the specific building site location. It was found that Interstates 65 and 40 run through the district, directly beside of the building site, which would provide great visibility for the Nutrition and Wellness Clinic. The railroad is close in proximity to the site location. Several existing parks are beneficial factors of the location, which allow one to assume many people could be in the area that are health conscious. The area contains many restaurants, which could provide great potential for advertising of the Nutrition and Wellness Clinic. Three main highways of Nashville run through the area: Broadway, Lafayette, and 8th Ave; these provide great infrastructure for visibility. If anything could change to better the site, it would be to build another road under the interstates connecting central Gulch to the site location directly, to further increase the visibility.
