85 Executive Partners
Welcome!
Let us introduce ourselves.... Thank you for your interest in joining CLIA and becoming part of the UK & Ireland cruise community. Our members are dedicated to working together to get more people to cruise. Your membership will enable you to communicate with over 45 cruise lines, 85 Executive Partners and more than 1,700 travel agents through meetings, networking and business sessions. The UK cruise industry is worth £2.5 billion to our economy and directly employs over 70,000 people – making us one of the biggest sectors of the travel industry. And we are still growing. In 2013 1.72 million cruises were taken by UK & Ireland passengers representing almost a 30% increase since 2007. And with additional ocean and river ships being introduced, it is clear that the cruise industry is continuing to invest in the future. We would be delighted to welcome you into membership and into the very heart of the cruise industry. I hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards, Andy Harmer Director, CLIA UK & Ireland
