What is your signature scent? Calvin Klein, Be for day and Creed for night time.
Are there any male beauty products you would recommend? La Mer! It’s pricey but, it’s great for men’s skin. I also use a lot of Nivea when I’m flying too.
How would you describe your style? Classically casual, I wear a lot of suits and tuxedos, so for everyday I like to be casual and nights out I smarten it up a little with classic-type style.
What are your wardrobe staples that you can’t live without? Jeans! I live in them.
Do you have a favourite designer or high street brand? Paul Smith is my favourite designer, I shop where I see styles I like, including shops such as; Zara, Reiss, Brown Thomas, Kildare Village.
Do you have any style icons? I’ve always loved retro style like Paul Newman and Steve McQueen.
Do you have a skincare regime? I’ve used La Mer products by Creme De La Mer for over 20 years. I love their products and swear by them. I am always recommending them to people. What are your tips for feeling good? Exercise! No matter how bad you feel in the morning or hard it is to get out of bed, once you get your heart pumping the endorphins kick in and you can take on anything throughout the day.
How do you keep fit and healthy, are there any exercises or health foods you swear by? I run 6km every morning and work out in our garage gym three or four times a week. I use Revive Active every day along with Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Omega 3 Oils and Tumeric. ( I know! I’m a vitamin freak).
