For 55 years, Dr. Michael Eskin has been a vital member of the Department of Food and Human Nutritional Sciences at the University of Manitoba.
A pioneering Food Chemist, Dr. Eskin is a global leader in canola research and has played a crucial role in the development of canola oil.
