This colloquium commemorates the centenary of the birth of Natália Correia (São Miguel, 1923-Lisbon, 1993). This twoday international colloquium is dedicated to this unique twentieth-century Portuguese writer and historical figure. This colloquium will examine Natália Correia’s life, her writing, and her political engagement during the Estado Novo and after the Carnation Revolution.
