You can complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) beginning October 1. The earlier we receive your FAFSA, the earlier we can evaluate your financial aid eligibility.
• Submit the Common Application or UMassD’s online application (Early Action deadline is Nov. 15) • Non-refundable $60 application fee • Official high school transcript • Official result of your SAT (math and critical reading scores) or ACT test •U MassD is test optional for a number of academic programs (See umassd.edu/undergraduate/test-optional for details) • Essay or personal statement of up to 500 words on a topic of your choice; you can complete this as part of the Common Application • One letter of recommendation (optional, recommended for competitive programs) • Students enrolling in a Visual & Performing Arts program (excluding Art History): submit a portfolio or complete a music audition (See umassd.edu/apply for details.)

Construction on a new $134 million first-year residence and dining complex will open in Fall of 2020. Two residential buildings will be connected to a state-ofthe-art dining facility and will house 1,210 students in fully-furnished single and double occupancy rooms. The complex includes computer lounges, maker spaces, performance practice areas, and classrooms, along with plenty of outdoor gathering space and seating. Other features include kitchens and free laundry monitored by a mobile app.
The Corsairs have a long history of outstanding athletic performance. We compete in the NCAA Division III, and more than 500 UMass Dartmouth students participate on 2 5 teams.
